Kelly Coffin

Kelly comes from a background deeply rooted throughout many generations in construction, agriculture, and forestry.  He began to focus on land development in the 1990’s with a desire to apply higher standards of stewardship to the land.  This vision materialized fully in 2000 when Kelly teamed up with Bob Sierra to form Montana’s premier land development company.  All current SICO Montana projects feature unique high-end residential communities situated in alpine forests and pristine mountain meadows.  Kelly has a keen eye for locating outstanding home sites and is most adept at siting roads and driveways to take advantage of the terrain and make for long-lasting constructible road networks. His excellent relationship with local professionals, contractors, and permitting agencies position him with the skills to see projects like North Pass from conception to completion while exceeding all expectations of the project.
